Natalie Petersen

A Gladstone local of nearly 40 years, Natalie was trained in the recruitment industry’s job network government sector. Having a passion for the work, she moved into the private industry, eventually running her own labour hire company. Making the transition into Human Resource Management, working for local and state government organisations, later establishing Evolve HR Solutions 2019.

With experience in private industry, local and state government as well as the Not-for-Profit sector, Evolve’s mission is to support business owners in navigating the fundamentals of Human Resource Management, with the aim of empowering them to independently manage their own employees, fostering understanding of HR compliance requirements.
